Microwave propagation in time and space like sound

Anyone used to measuring microwaves with quality meters* should be used to the fact that
Sonic bubble enveloping a violin, frozen at a moment in time
microwaves propagate not linear but more like in bulbs.
This phenomena can be found indoors as well as outdoors, while it seems more likely indoors.
For this simple reason it is very important to move and use the turnaround method while measuring in peak-hold mode, to really get the highest radiation in ie. some room.
Otherwise the radiation can be underestimated by a factor of 100 times and even more.
